• Attendees will be instructed on explosives safety, product identification and the characteristics of explosives

• EXSAT covers the basics of the types of explosives and how they must be handled, should an accident happen. The instructor discusses hazard recognition, accident prevention, blasting vibration and air overpressure as well as the potential applications in Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs)

• Special Explosive Breaching Course included

• Groups benefiting from EXSAT education are first responders, fire and law enforcement, safety personnel, and local, state and federal regulatory agencies.

• A course certificate will be issued upon completion

• Course has been approved for 16 Continuing Education (16 CE) hours

SPECIAL NOTES: We will have someone available at the Clarington BP Gas Station between 7:00-7:30 am to lead people up to the meeting location.
Lunches can be ordered and purchased at the course or you are welcome to bring your own. Also, for the range day, we will be outside so please dress accordingly.

If you are unable to attend after registering, call to substitute another person or transfer to a future RAM Inc EES course without penalty. All cancellations, substitutions or transfers must be made in writing. If you must cancel, 80% of the registration fee is refundable up until three weeks before the course. RAM Inc reserves the right to cancel the course at any time. A full refund would then be issued.
